While on the Naill Digitizing website, you may receive some error codes.
Error 404 (Not Found)
An Error 404 is the most common error. It happens when a page isn’t found. The most common cause is having a typo in the website URL.
To fix:
- Reload the page by pressing Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl (Windows/chromeOS/Linux) or Cmd (macOS) + R.
- Check that the URL you are trying to access is correct, then re-enter it in your address bar and press Enter.
- If you're trying to access a page other than our homepage, go to the homepage URL, then access the page via a different link.
- Use another supported browser. If the error only occurs in one browser, clear your browser's cache.
An example of a 404 error
Error 401 (Unauthorized)
An Error 401 happens when you're trying to access a page that you must first log in with a valid user ID and password to view.
To fix:
- Check that the URL you are trying to access is correct, then re-enter it in your address bar and press Enter.
- If you're trying to access a page other than the homepage, go to the homepage URL, then look for a login link, click it, and enter your credentials.
- If you're using incorrect credentials, follow the steps on the site to reset your password or contact the site owner to request access.
- Use another supported browser. If the error only occurs in one browser, clear your browser's cache.
Error 403 (Forbidden)
An error 403 is an HTTP status code that means you are unauthorized to view the page you are trying to access.
